No Jobs to a Plethora

Had to use that word - it is my boyfriend's favorite "big word" and he uses it correctly - unlike some people who latch on to a minute piece of vocabulary and then throw it around like they had more in their pocket. ANYWAY. ..have a second interview at the bookstore today, secured more hours for my online bookkeeping job and may even be able to pay my bills ON TIME for the next few months. Ah, poverty, I think I might escape your nasty clutches for the winter. I remember the days when I made $75,000 per year, but I had to wear a suit and my life was not my own.

A Perfect Mess?

So I quit my part time job at Lowe's last month because having no job was better than working there. Then one of my regular house - sit jobs fell through, my plans for working at a bookstore have gone awry because they haven't called me (or anyone else I discover), and everything else seems to be moving away from me at a quick clip. I have great plans for April of 08 (boyfriend and I are going to be a caretaker couple) but at this moment, nothing seems definite in my life except a part time QuickBooks job over the internet for a longtime friend. The universe is telling me I need to write - need to write and send things out to be published! Or maybe give up eating on a regular basis.
